Through breathing, centring, grounding, concentration, relaxation, dis-identification/self-identification exercises, as well as other psychosomatic practices, I help you learn and consolidate skills to self-regulate the psychophysiological response.

Music therapy

Listening to music can provide you with an opportunity to live integrative body-mind-soul experiences, useful to get in touch with unexpected creative energies ready to be liberated.

Imaginative techniques

Expressing your creativity through visualisations and other imaginative techniques can help you explore your inner world, elaborating on the past and outlining the future to which you aspire.

Writing and reading

A full immersion in writing and reading can be an effective experience allowing you to understand and transform a variety of contents of your inner experience.

Working on dreams

Recalling and reconstructing dreams can allow you to reveal symbolic and archetypal sources of meaning that can open new horizons to your personal growth.

Questionnaires and psychological tests

The use of projective reactives, personality questionnaires, or tests for the evaluation of specific psychological states, for example, deflected mood, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, burnout, can support a more accurate diagnosis and a targeted psychological intervention.

Each person is unique and the techniques are at the service of the needs of the person, not vice versa!
